We warmly welcome parents and students to St. Xavier’s Public School. Please read the following admission process and guidelines carefully before applying.
Office Hours
The admission office is open from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Admission Process
Our admission team will assist you with details regarding teaching methods, facilities, and fee structure. Parents will be guided step-by-step through the admission process.
Student Assessment
All applicants must undergo a basic academic test to help us evaluate their learning level and readiness.
Form Collection & Payment
Admission forms are available at the office after payment of admission and tuition fees, as advised by the admission officer.
Required Documents
- Birth certificate for admission to pre-primary classes.
- Transfer certificate from the previous school for admission into Class 2 and above.
Important Points
- Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
- All documents must be signed and verified before submission.
Commencement of Classes
Classes will commence once parents receive a confirmation SMS from the school.
Transportation Facility
- Parents wishing to use school transport must inform the office during admission.
- Details of the nearest bus stop should be provided.
- Bus timings and driver contact information will be shared after enrollment.
Communication and Updates
Parents must ensure their mobile number is added to the respective class WhatsApp group to receive timely updates and important information.
