Key Information
- Seat Allocation: Students can access the school bus service depending on the availability of seats and designated routes.
- Admission Details: During admission, parents must share their preferred bus stop and route on the application form.
- Consultation: Parents should meet the School Transport Coordinator for guidance regarding bus timings, routes, and schedules.
- Timely Cancellation: Any request to discontinue the transport facility must be submitted in writing before the new month begins.
- Fee Policy: If a cancellation request is not received on time, the transport fee for that month will remain applicable.
- Route Updates: Any changes to bus routes or stops must be informed in advance to the Transport Manager.
Bus Rules
- Students should reach the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus.
- Buses will not wait for students who arrive late.
- Children must wait safely away from the main road until the bus arrives.
- No student should approach the bus door until the bus has come to a complete stop.
- All students must take their seats promptly after boarding.
- Only the front door should be used for entry and exit.
- Drivers will halt only at approved bus stops, subject to safety and convenience.
- Students must remain seated during the ride and keep their body parts inside the bus.
- No object should be thrown inside or outside the bus.
- Parents/students will be held responsible for any intentional damage to the bus.
- Eating inside the bus is not permitted.
- Unruly actions like shouting or disturbing others are strictly prohibited.
